Book an appointment
Patients accepted by a Family Physician at our clinic may book an appointment online. We are not a walk-in clinic for the general public.
If you have been referred to a physician at our clinic, please follow the instructions you were given by our clinic in order to book your appointment. You will not have access to online booking prior to your first appointment.
If you have a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1.
If you have a semi-urgent medical concern, please do not book online. Instead, call our office at (250) 475-2251 to speak with a staff member or leave a detailed message if you are unable to get through. Each physician saves slots for urgent appointments and these are typically not available online. Our staff members can assist you with urgent appointments.
if you need an appointment for any of the following reasons, please call the office to book as these appointments require a staff member to book them:
-> Driver’s Medicals
-> Well baby/Well child check ups
-> Forms (including but not limited to DTC/Insurance/Time off work)
-> IUD insertions
-> Procedures such as biopsies, toenail removals, injections, etc.
-> Complete (Routine) Physicals
