Looking for a family doctor?
Unfortunately, a post on social media incorrectly indicated that Three Cedars has a new physician accepting patients. This is incorrect. We will have a new physician joining us in March or April.
If you are looking for a Family Doctor, the province requests that you add your name to the Health Connect Registry for your neighbourhood: physicians accepting patients will take names from that registry.
Please do not contact our office as we are unable to help you.

COVID-19 Information
Masks are still required to enter the clinic. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you at the front entrance.
Please do not enter the clinic if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms before your in-person appointment, please contact the office so that we may take the next appropriate steps.
COVID-19 symptoms include: cough, sore throat, runny nose, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, headache, no taste/smell, and shortness of breath.
Improving Timely Access To Care
Recently, we’ve made a few changes at Three Cedars to help improve your access to care.
The first is the addition of two Health Management Nurses, Jennifer and Leah. They can work with you independently on your diabetes, high blood pressure and other conditions.
Next, we have added a receptionist to our team. When you call, they’ll be the first person you speak with and their goal is to try and answer all incoming calls. If, however, you do get voicemail, please leave a message and they will call you back within one business day.
Lastly, we’ve joined the Peninsula Primary Care Network. This is a regional network of clinics located north of Royal Oak, connected with Island Health services centralized at the North Quadra Urgent Care Centre and the Peninsula Health Unit. New services this gets you access to include Social Work and Mental Health, including counsellors, as well as a clinical pharmacist for medication reviews.
